Which Program Is Right For Your Child?

The majority of our efforts are directed to swim ability and the correct technique for the individual swimmer. We also devote quality time toward reinforcing the swimmer’s self-esteem, which helps them accomplish their goals. We work very hard to evaluate the swimmer and place them with the right coach, and, lane so they will get the best possible instruction, technique and endurance training possible.

Senior Team:

The senior team is for swimmers ages 8th grade and beyond, who wish to practice between 1 and 4 times per week in order to enhance their performance in summer league or High School Swimming, or simply in order to develop physical fitness. This is a program with an emphasis on stroke technique as well as on endurance training. Swimmers on the senior team must have four legal strokes. If a swimmer wishes to join the senior team but is not legal in all four strokes, private lessons can be arranged.Swimmers on the senior team program are welcome to join us at USA swimming meets, but this is not required.
