Head Coach Dyann

has coached USMS, MCSL, and PVS teams. She is Head Coach for the Quince Orchard Swim Team and won the Division Title for 2002. Dyann is a nationally ranked All-American Masters swimmer and is also Head Coach for Germantown Masters. Dyann is also in her second year as the Swim Coach for Quince Orchard High School. Under her guidance, Coach On Deck and the Germantown Masters Swim Club have enjoyed a steady growth and improvement during the past five years.

All Coach On Deck coaches are ASCA members and attend courses at U.S. Coaching Clinics. Coach On Deck coaches are continually educated on all of the new technical advances made in the swim world.
